We hope you are having a good month. This month at GatePass, we are taking you through all our payment plans in detail to help you select the best plan for you and your community. Our plans are created to ease estate management by improving transparency, communication, and documentation. In this article, we will highlight the strong points of our Free, Legacy, Community, and Community Pro plans so that you can make the best choice.
‘I have less than 20 homes in my community but I still want to control who has access.’
The Free plan is great for community managers with less than 20 homes under them. Suited for small communities and apart buildings, you have access to basic GatePass features for free. Under this plan, your community has access to Visitor Management, Car Park Management, Emergency Control, and the Notice Board at no cost at all. Communities on our Free plan will have ads and limited features on their GatePass app. Residents of communities on the Free plan can pay a fee to specifically turn off the ads or their community can upgrade their service plan.
As an existing GatePass user, you can use our Legacy plan free of charge. Here, you can manage up to 5 communities with 50 households per community.
‘I want to be able to collect and document bills through the GatePass app’
With our bill payment feature, you efficiently assign bills to residents, track payments made, and minimize defaults through the reminders we give to your residents. This feature is available on our Community Plan at ₦20,000 (twenty thousand naira) per month. Here, you can manage up to 50 homes. Alongside the Bill Payment feature, you have access to Visitor Management, Car Park Management, Notice Board, Complaints & Service Requests, Power Vending, and Staff Management features.
If you are satisfied with these features but have over 50 homes under your care, you should take advantage of our Add On option. It allows you to include additional households in your plan at ₦5000 monthly and ₦54,000 annually for unlimited households (billed to the community).
Save 10% on your annual subscription of the Community Plan at ₦216,000 per year.
‘I have a lot of homes to manage and I need help with onboarding my residents’
The Community Pro Plan is perfect for you. Here, there are no limits on the number of households and you can manage up to 5 communities. We created this plan for property managers and facility managers looking to provide the best possible service to the multiple communities they manage. In addition to the features in the Community Plan, you have full access to Premium Complaints and Service Requests, Service Charge Wallet, and Onboarding Support.
Under this plan, our onboarding support is available to you 24/7 and you will receive support when
- registering new residents to the GatePass app
- creating new accounts for your communities
- rectifying issues and resolving complaints.
The Community Pro Plan is available at ₦45,000 per month. Save 10% on your annual subscription per year at ₦486,000 per year.
If you manage more than 5 Communities, you take advantage of our Unlimited Communites Add On. At ₦20,000 monthly and ₦216,000 annually, you can add as many communities as you want.
