The African Real Estate Conference and Awards(AFRECA) is the foremost gathering of Africa’s real estate’s finest minds, top-level business leaders and decision-makers.
This year, AFRECA took place on the 28th of August, at Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. At AFRECA, industry experts, leaders & government authorities shared insights into the African real estate market, discussed the challenges of operating in the market as well as solutions to these challenges.
With our vision to improve community living across Africa, it came as no surprise when our CEO, Muyideen Dosumu, was invited to moderate this year’s market intelligence panel discussion.
Muyideen’s panel explored the revolution of data and research as a frontier for new investment streams alongside and he spoke alongside:

- Luqman Edu, the CEO FilmoRealty;
- Lew Schulman, Board Chairman of Build Global; and
